Emirates is operating a reduced flight schedule following the partial reopening of regional airspace and is working to restore full network operations, says a statement.
The airline expects to return to 100 percent of its network in the coming days, subject to airspace availability and operational requirements.
“Safety, as ever, remains paramount as is our duty of care,” Emirates said in the statement.
The airline carried about 30,000 passengers out of Dubai yesterday.
By March 7, Emirates will operate 106 return daily flights to 83 destinations, representing nearly 60 percent of its route network.
In the United Kingdom, the airline will operate 11 daily flights across five airports by March 7.
Additional capacity is also being deployed across India. Emirates will operate 22 daily flights serving all nine of its Indian gateways by March 7.
In the United States, Emirates is operating flights to seven American gateways.
Flights to these destinations are operating and customers can check availability and make bookings through the airline.
The airline said customers with earlier bookings are being accommodated as a priority. It advised passengers to travel to the airport only if they have a confirmed booking.
Emirates said it is monitoring the situation closely and adjusting operations accordingly.
Customers were urged to check emirates.com and the airline’s official social media channels for the latest updates.
